alright so ive always wanted to do this but am now finally able to get everything together and have all the tools and space to do this.

so i got a space at a shop that has 24/7 use in a heated space with some of the most amazing things any car guy would love to have.
-FULL paint booth with all equiptment needed to paint your car. not a getto ass arrangement vented, sealed just insane nice.
-several Large air compressors for air tools, paint etc...
-Bead blasting room big enough for large cars and of course our cars
-bead blasting smaller rooms for wheels or small engine parts
-engine hoists
-break room, water, fridge, mic, etc...
-free electricity, heat, all utilities
-the guy that owns the place is getting 2 post car lifts.

just a dream for anybody that likes to restore/build their cars and for less than 110 a month ;)


anyways back to my build.. im super bad about updating and even worse at taking pics to show you all but ill try haha.

heres whats done on the car now...
stripped down
welded in bungs to heater core holes in firewall and other holes, aswell as filled and sanded...
engine removed
preped for bead blasting
eaton m90 supercharger purchased, currently making plates to make fit ka intake mani
sr injectors installed
block cleaned and all gaskets replaced
and lots of other stuff im forgetting...

haha ya the place is awesome.

i can help ya out with your welding and cutting man but im pretty busy these days at work and getting my couple projects done. but the place is out in eudora so its not exactly Near op but its a quick 20 min drive. text me sometime and we'll work something out.

i went to buy just 1 supercharger and couldn't pass up a good deal so i got 2 :)

i got an Eaton M62 and an Eaton M90

more progress and more pics!

basically i cut out the area in front of the wheel wells because they were both had 2 huge intercooler holes in them, were wavy and not very clean looking and welded in some thin sheet metal. still have to grind down and get prepped for paint but looks a lot better. oh and smoothed down the holes for where the heater core lines went through the firewall.

more progressssssss.....

ok so i am working on getting the Eaton M90 fabed up to work with the ka and so ive had to make a plate for the bottom side of it and fit it with a 3" outlet so i can run 3" piping to an intercooler and 3" piping to the throttle body... sooo here are some pics.

Make an adapter plate to fit the charger

make it fit flush and make sure it fits. as you can see the hole is right over the forced

Bevel the edge of the 3" pipe so when you weld it to the adapter plate you can really penitrate and get a solid weld.

weld it up! my welder was acting up so its not the prettiest thing in the world but some dremmel work quickly changes that!

alrighty so i ended up selling some turbo parts for money and a set of wheels. so after bead blasting them and painting them you'll see what i got ;)

i also got the lower intake manifold bead blasted and painted aswell.

lastly i got the fuel system all put back together with new lines.

neway here are the pics!

finished product! ground down the welds and made it very smooth and pained it with a high heat paint because it will be on the exhaust side of the motor.

AMAZING wheels! they look so good (well to me ;) ) the metal flake makes it really pop. good for a set of drift wheels.

these are nice i really like them! the only problem i see with these is that ive honestly never seen blue wheels lookd realy good on a car honestly. i think u should have gone with a copper color or a gold. just my opinion tho do take it personal they look awasome! :D
